About

This special nature immersion will celebrate the Celtic festival of Imbolc, the beginning of Spring. Ann will support your forest immersion through guided mindfulness meditation and she will offer you creative invitations to deepen your connection with nature. You will begin to gently slow down and switch off, while awakening your senses. This is the perfect chance for a digital detox and to relieve techno-stress.
