Enjoy a half day retreat in the beautiful surroundings of The Green. This 4 hour morning retreat 9.30am - 1.30pm will enrich your body mind and soul. This half day retreat in the beautiful setting of The Green offers the opportunity to connect with nature and recharge for 2024.

It's not complicated, but we all need a helping hand, so let us help you through movement, mindset and creativity.

Expect a great workout, a delicious, healthy lunch, opportunities for reflection and goal-setting, and a creative outlet.
