About

Thomas Russell, United Irishmen leader, was executed in Downpatrick on 21st October 1803.

To celebrate his life, his aims and his achievements, Linda will guide you across the region, stopping at various locations associated with Russell, including Saintfield, Ballynahinch, Annadorn and Loughinisland.

Most of the journey will be by coach, but at each stop there will be some walking and standing.
Please wear clothing and footwear appropriate for an outdoor journey in autumn!
