The Rostrevor Inn

In a beautifully refurbished 18th century building, where the Crawford family first started serving drinks in the mid-1800s, The Rostrevor Inn hosts a charming traditional bar, atmospheric Stables snugs and a stylish bistro serving delicious food.

We also have seven inviting en-suite bedrooms catering for everyone from singles to families. With an exciting programme of live events and entertainment, we regularly feature the local musical talent for which the area is famed.

And if you’d like to linger longer, why not make The Rostrevor Inn your base to explore one of the most beautiful areas in the whole of Ireland.

At the entrance to Fairy Glen and Kilbroney Park, home of the Narnia Trail and Ireland’s finest mountain biking trails, the Rostrevor Inn is perfectly placed for all kinds of activities which we can help arrange for you.

Step into Spring in Rostrevor

Sheltering between Carlingford Lough and the Mourne Mountains Rostrevor is little changed from Edwardian times when it was one of Ireland’s leading tourist destinations. As the light lingers longer and the weather warms up spring is the ideal time to explore the beautiful scenery of Northern Ireland’s newest Geopark.

There’s so much to see and do in the area. We’re just a few yards from lovely Kilbroney Park and its famous Narnia Trail. Wonderful waymarked walks from here include the latest – the Fallows Trail.

Want to try the world-class mountain bike trails in the park? Hire an E bike from Bike Mourne and brave the trail or take a leisurely tour of the Mournes. If you stay with us you can have the bike delivered to your door and get a ten per cent discount too!

A ten-minute drive away you can tour of a world class craft distillery or chocolate factory. Try all kinds of exciting outdoor adventures from paddle boarding and music in the sunset to banana boating, yachting, rock climbing and so much more. Visit Greencastle and its ancient castle and take the ferry across the lough to Greenore and Carlingford beyond.

So much to see and do, make the Rostrevor Inn your base for a scintillating spring adventure!
