Welcome to J.J.Farralls

Named after Slieve Donard’s 19th century architect, JJ Farrall’s sits at the heart of the hotel and serves the very best seasonal and locally sourced beef, seafood and game - straight from Ireland’s larder.

Enjoy the nineteenth century architecture and open fire while savouring starters including carpaccio of sea trout, pink grapefruit and endive, or baked Templegall cheese souffle, before main courses such as perfectly tender Mourne lamb with peas and new potatoes, or dry-aged beef cheek and caramelised celeriac.

J.J. Farralls is also the perfect destination for afternoon tea or our traditional Sunday lunch.

You’ll also find a wide-ranging list of wine and draught beers. It’s a perfect spot to start your eveningbefore heading through to dinner.

By day, drop by The Wolf Bar for elevenses with scones, jam, clotted cream and a pot of tea, or a classic walnut cake anda good coffee.
