About

Guided tour and walk at the Monument followed by meet the maker of local Killowen distillery. A tour will be offered 1.30pm  on Saturday and Sunday 10/11 September which will be followed by Meet the maker from Ireland's Smallest Distillery - Killowen. An Egyptian obelisk erected in 1826 on a hill on the outskirts of Rostrevor to commemorate Sir Robert Ross's victory at Bladensburg during the American Second War of Independence of 1812-15.
