Free Family Fun this St Patrick’s weekend at Down County Museum

Join us on Saturday 15 March for a day of music, arts & crafts storytelling, and enjoy a free tour of the Museum.

We are open from 10am-4:30pm for music, arts & crafts, storytelling, and free tours of the Museum.

11am & 3pm              Free tours of the Museum

10am-4pm                 Arts & Crafts with Down Community Arts

11am-2:45pm            Storytelling with Karen Edwards: sessions last for around 30 minutes.

Sessions begin at 11am (preschool children)

11.45am (children aged 5-8)

12.45pm, 1.30pm and 2.15pm (children aged 8+)

12noon-1pm              Traditional music from Seamus McKibben and friends

2pm-3pm                   Ards Silver Band

 

Enjoy all this for free and take time to explore the old Gaol and the museum’s exhibitions telling the story of our district.
