January never stays quiet in Downpatrick. As the lights come up on a new year, Down Arts Centre is opening the doors to its 2026 season and inviting audiences to step into four months of performance, creativity and good company. The January to April programme has now been launched, promising a lively run of music, theatre, comedy, workshops, film and family-friendly moments.

Dance Artist Dylan Quinn has just commenced the second leg of his nine county tour this, having travelled across Antrim, Monaghan, Donegal and Cavan in June, Dylan will now travel to 11 locations in counties Tyrone, Derry, Down and Fermanagh throughout the month of August.
