27 Hans Sloan Square is a terraced property part of a development on the site of the old harbour. The house is on the seaward side of the Square, the garden at the back, south facing. A light and airy place it is furnished and decorated to a high standard. The accommodation comprises, on the ground floor, of entrance hall, and a spacious open plan kitchen, sitting and dining area. To the rear a patio and garden area with raised decking affords uninterrupted views of the Harbour Bay. Upstairs there are three bedrooms; 2 double, 1 en suite and 1 with bunk beds, as well as a bathroom.
