As you trot through the local landscape, you’ll be stunned by the beautiful Lough Money Lake and surrounding grasslands. 

Equestrian Events and Classes at Mount Pleasant 

Horse riding is the perfect way to get out into nature, but there’s a lot more to these beautiful creatures than simply tottering around country lanes. For thirty five years, Mount Pleasant Equestrian Centre has hosted courses and events in dressage, horse and pony trekking, and jumping. 

As you enjoy your equestrian experience, you can also take in the surrounding mountains. 

Competitive Equestrian Sports 

Master horse riding at Tullymurry Equestrian Centre. The centre lies on 70 acres of land, with world class facilities including a two acre outdoor arena, a full set of timber jumps and a cross country course.  

Tullymurry hosts some of the world’s top Equestrian events, including qualifiers for the RDS horse show. 

A Day at the Races 

Horse racing has been at the heart of Northern Ireland society for centuries. Visit the oldest racecourse in Ireland at Downpatrick Race Course. Horse racing events have been held here for almost 350 years, so you’re in good hands.
