About

At Hillyard Mews, you find yourself in the heart of beautiful Newcastle County Down, 100 yards from the promenade and beach, at the foot of the breath-taking Mourne Mountains. The entrance to Donard Park, the gateway to the Slieve Donard summit path, is only a few hundred yards away. After exploring one of the many scenic routes through the Mournes, you can relax in one of the many local pubs or cafes, all a short distance from your accommodation. Golf enthusiasts can avail of the Royal County Down and Mourne Golf courses, approximately 0.75 miles from the properties.

For lovers of natural beauty, Tollymore Forest Park makes for a relaxing day out. Stroll along the tree-lined banks of the Shimna River and take in the hundreds of years of history within this beautiful woodland, the setting for some of Game of Thrones landscapes.
Each property is finished to an extremely high standard, and fully equipped for luxury modern living. Our spacious 3-bedroom properties can easily accommodate 8 guests and our 2-bedroom properties are ideal for up to 6.

The properties have a private garage for storage of walking gear, golf clubs or bikes and private off-street secure parking with automatic gates and intercom.

Sinead will be your main point of contact and will be there to meet on arrival. Arriving outside normal working hours, your keys can be found in a secure box which can be opened with the code we provide you with. Sinead’s knowledge of the local area will help familiarise you with all the best spots and she will guide you around the house when you meet. Each house has a welcome booklet with all local amenities, restaurants and useful phone numbers.

We look forward to seeing you.
