Located just two miles from Saintfield, Late & Early Cottage is situated in the heart of County Down, centrally located within easy reach of all the attractions this area has to offer.
'Home from home' self-catering accommodation is provided in an 18th century stone cottage which has been sympathetically restored.
Set in its own private garden with mature trees and dry stone walls the dwelling provides guests with an ideal base for a relaxing family holiday, an idyllic luxurious hideaway or an activity led break from which to explore Northern Ireland.

Ground Floor: Reception lounge with cast iron wood burning stove and dining table (seating for 6), fully furnished kitchen with feature stable door overlooking stunning views of open countryside and the Mourne Mountains, downstairs shower room, utility room, ground floor bedroom with king-size bed. Lounge with open fire and wall mounted digital television.

First floor: One double bedroom with ensuite shower room, one twin bedroom which can be adapted to super-king if desired, fully tiled bathroom with luxury free standing slipper bath, study/games room with toys, games and sofa bed.

Patio furniture/gas bar-b-que available. Golf/fishing/horse riding can be arranged. Starter basket of logs for the stove/fire supplied. Welcome pack provided.
