The Cottage, nestled in the heart of Newcastle at the base of the picturesque Mourne Mountains beside the Irish Sea, is conveniently situated just a stone's throw away from Central Promenade, the Tropicana outdoor pool and the beach, it provides easy access to shops and restaurants. Guests can also enjoy a stroll to the world renowned Royal County Down Golf Course and the scenic Slieve Donard summit path. Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to attractions such as Tollymore Forest Park, the Peace Maze in Castlewellan Forest Park and Murlough Nature Reserve and beach, all located within a 4-mile radius.

The Cottage is a single-level retreat designed for your comfort. It can accommodate up to 6 guests, offering a double, twin, and bedroom with a daybed that can convert into a king-size bed, providing flexibility to suit your needs.

Step into the beautiful cottage, where you’ll find an inviting living room featuring a smart TV and modern LED electric fire, with Wi-Fi accessible throughout. 

The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern amenities, including a 4-ring induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. You'll find all the essentials for cooking, along with complimentary tea, coffee, etc. Plus, there's a convenient countertop freezer.

The shower room provides all the basics for freshening up after a day of adventures. Rest assured, high-quality bed linens and fluffy towels await you, with beach towels available upon request.

The Cottage is located on Post Office Lane. When travelling down Main Street, you will find Newcastle Centre and Tropicana on the left hand side.  Post Office Lane is on the right opposite these.  The Cottage is the first property in Post Office Lane.
