Conor Mallon

Conor joined Newry, Mourne & Down District Council in 2017 as Assistant Director (AD) for Estates and Project Management having previously work as a Civil Engineer within Central Government from 1991.

As AD Conor was responsible for the delivery of the New Down Leisure Centre, the project management of Council’s capital programme and the development and implementation of the Council Estates Asset Strategy.

In 2019 Conor took over the role of Director of Enterprise, Regeneration and Tourism, and currently leads on the delivery of the BRCD projects in both Newry and Newcastle.
