An Autumn Mindful Magic Tree Trail

Rowallane Gardens, Saintfield, County Down, BT24 7LH
2 people in Autumn

About

Autumn is a magical time of year. It is nature's invitation to pause and gently slow down. Ann from Xhale will guide you along a mindful, magic, tree trail in Rowallane Gardens, Saintfield, where you will tap into your natural powers, to connect to the present moment. You will meet special trees along the way with Celtic words of wisdom, including the gifts of forest medicine and how to harvest your creativity. We will celebrate our magical, mythological journey with a pear muffin and a warm drink.
