This is an immersive experience, flowing movement, mindful breath,
and intention-led practice to recharge your energy, quiet your mind,
and restore emotional balance.
Starting Tuesday 12th August
Times: 3.30pm to 4.30pm or 5.30pm to 6.30pm
Location: Castlewellan Forest Park.
