Join celebrity chef paul cunningham on this coastal forage and dine event. Paul will guide you along dundrum bay, identifying and sampling the flora and fauna on offer while explaining the various benefits and flavour notes. Then it's back to scopers for 3 course dinner featuring delicacies sourced within the local area and prepared right in front of you. A true experience with a difference.
