Echoes of the Wild - Sound Bath in the Woods

About

Step into a world where nature's symphony becomes your escape. Our 'Echoes of the Wild' sound escape offers an unparalleled experience the rejuvenates your mind and soul. Delivered by sound artist and practitioner Tessa Ann from The Sound Spa, our session combines natural woodland soundscapes with the soothing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, gong, drum percussion and voice.

This unique experience, set within Finnebrogue Woods, creates an auditory journey that transports you to the heart of the wilderness, providing a peaceful retreat from the stresses of modern life. Whether you're looking to de-stress, find inspiration, or simply take a moment to yourself, our sessions offer the perfect sanctuary.
