About

Come join us for a rejuvenating experience in nature at Delamont Country Park. Take a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life and immerse yourself in the calming atmosphere of the forest. Let the sights, sounds, and scents of the trees and wildlife wash away your stress.

This in-person event will guide you through mindful activities to help you connect with the natural world and recharge your mind, body, and spirit.

Forest Bathing is based on the Japanese practice of Shinrin Yoku, an immersive and meditative experience in woodlands that can help improve mental and physical health and allow us to reconnect with nature.
Tony Bailie is an accredited Forest Therapy Practitioner and one of just a few qualified to lead forest bathing experiences on the island of Ireland.
