Full Moon Sound Healing Spa With Tessa Ann

Down Arts Centre, 2-6 Irish Street, Downpatrick, County Down, BT30 6BP
Sound Bath

About

Ease away from the day and ease inwards during this Full Moon 2-hour Sound Healing Spa experience delivered by Sound Practitioner, Tessa Ann.

Immerse yourself in the resonant tones of Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and other instruments—each chosen for its capacity, combined with intention, to create rich, sustained vibrations and harmonics that support a journey into calm, connection, and inner balance.

This session is delivered with inclusivity and accessibility at its heart, whether you're new to sound healing or have taken this journey before. Ideal for anyone seeking a restorative pause, this session is about being present—no expectations, no promises, just intentional calm. Whether experienced or new to sound healing, all are welcome.

Health & Participation Advisory

If you have an existing health condition—such as heart concerns, metal implants, epilepsy, or similar considerations—it is recommended that you contact Tessa Ann via email at info@thesoundhealingspa.com for guidance on whether this session is suitable for you. Please note: This session is not suitable during the first trimester of pregnancy, as many sound healing practitioners advise caution during this stage due to potential sensitivities to sound vibrations.
