About

As part of our Health & Wellbeing Week for Children and Young People, join us for a special screening of Inside Out, the much-loved Pixar film that explores the colourful inner world of emotions through the eyes of 11-year-old Riley.

After the film, children are invited to take part in a Mindfulness & Meditation Workshop (2pm – 4pm) led by Rosie from The Calm Compass. This gentle, engaging session will give young people a chance to pause, breathe, and reconnect—with themselves and each other. In today's fast-paced world, children are juggling more than ever—from school and activities to homework, friends and screen time.

This afternoon of film and mindfulness offers a safe and supportive space to explore emotional wellbeing and self-awareness. A brilliant way to spark conversation, reflection, and calm during the summer holidays. Spaces are limited—early booking is recommended.
