Mindfulness with Rosie Rice (Samhain)

Down Arts Centre, 2-6 Irish Street, Downpatrick, County Down, BT30 6BP
Rosie Rice

About

Join Rosie from the Calm Compass for a gentle and grounding wellness workshop designed to reconnect you with nature, breath, and inner stillness.

Through slow, flowing movements inspired by Qi Gong, poetry and music, guided meditations, and mindful breathwork, we'll create space for calm, clarity, and self-reflection. This nurturing session is an offering to the soul and a soft reminder of our connection to ourselves and the world around us.

All are welcome, no experience needed.

Bring a blanket, pillow, and an open heart ready to relax and recharge.
