Come along to the recently refurbished Cuan restaurant and experience a sumptuous 5-course tasting menu.

With such emphasis being placed on locally grown sustainable produce we have developed a five course tasting menu which celebrates and highlights all the fabulous produce we have on our doorstep. Our menu will change in accordance with the seasons and what produce is available at that time.
