Celebrate the start of summer with a nourishing day retreat at Slieve Donard. In partnership with Sisters by the Sea, this summer solstice gathering invites you to connect with nature and a like-minded community through movement, stillness and ritual.
This one-day retreat is designed to create space for restoration, with a gentle morning yoga flow, time to rest and explore, nourishing food and a deeply relaxing sound bath and meditation to close.
What's included:
Light breakfast on arrival, a nourishing lunch and sweet treats
Morning Yoga session, along with a Sound Bath & Guided Meditation with Sisters by the Sea
Access to The Spa facilities at Slieve Donard including the pool and thermal suite.
Yoga mats and equipment will be provided for the day


The Day's Flow:
10:00 - 10:15 AM | Arrival & Light Breakfast
Join us at the Lighthouse Lounge or event space for fresh smoothies, herbal teas and a light breakfast to ease into the day.
10:30 – 11:30 AM | Morning Yoga with Sisters by the Sea
A grounding and energising practice, suitable for all levels, focused on breath, balance and connection.
11:30 – 1:00 PM | Free Time
Take this time to slow down. Enjoy access to The Spa and pool, explore the beach just beyond our doors, or treat yourself to a spa treatment*.
1:00 – 2:00 PM | Nourishing Lunch
Gather for a relaxed, family-style sharing lunch in the Lighthouse Lounge, filled with seasonal dishes designed to fuel and comfort.
2:00 – 3:00 PM | Sound Bath & Closing Meditation
Sink into stillness with a restorative sound journey and guided meditation, helping you to leave grounded, clear and calm.
3:00 – 4:00 PM | Sweet Treats & Goodbyes
Reflect, reconnect and savour one final moment together over herbal teas and something sweet.

Extend your visit with an overnight stay, retreat guests can get 20% off their room booking.

*ESPA treatments are not included in the retreat price and should be booked in advance to avoid disappointment.
