As well as this, Tai Chi works on strengthening the core and is a cardiovascular exercise. At its core, Tai Chi promotes physical and mental well-being through focusing the practitioner on the individual moves and creating a sense of truly being in the moment. As the nature of the movement is slow and gentle, Tai Chi is suitable for all, regardless of age or ability.
