Location – Castlewellan Forest Park, meet at the Green Flag adjacent to the Grange Courtyard area
Accessibility info – Planned route is the Lakeside Walk, 2.4miles. The final call on exact route choice will be made on the morning of the event once any needs have been identified. The gravel lakeside walk is not suitable for a standard wheelchair, but if anyone has their own more robust all terrain type this could be accommodated. There are onsite toilets and disabled toilets/changing available.
Notes (footwear etc) – Participants must bring any personal medication: inhalers etc, good supportive footwear, warm & wet weather layers. No dogs on the walk. Please note that normal parking charges apply but residents of Newry Mourne and Down can get a free annual pass (this can be picked up on the day if you bring proof of address).
