Join us for a wellness walk as part of Newcastle Festival of Life
lead by Sam Bloomer accredited counsellor explore the benefits that trees and woodland have on our mental and physical health and wellbeing. Reconnect with nature during this gentle walk.
Meeting at Castlewellan Forest Park main carpark at 10am.
Dress appropriately for the weather.
Good walking shoes.
