Dooleys Apartment Killyleagh

20 The Quay, Killyleagh, Downpatrick, Co Down, BT30 9GB
Living room area

About

Dooleys is in The Quay complex, with stunning views over Killyleagh Bay, and Strangford Lough. The apartment has excellent wifi, 2 double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and newly-renovated shower room. Regularly used by the family, it has a real home-from-home, relaxed and comfortable ambiance.

The Smugglers Table and Dufferin Arms are nearby and both serve excellent food.  Having all the amenities of village-life (shops, pubs etc), The Quay is in its own wee enclave by the sea.

The Space: 2nd (top) floor of The Quays Development.

Large living room and kitchen including dining area with fold-away table and dresser, 4-seater sofa, 2 easy chairs, TV, electric 'stove' heater, kitchen with microwave, coffee machine, juicer, gas hob, electric oven, washing machine and dishwasher.

Shower room with rain shower and extra large shower tray.  Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds (can be separated or made up as 1 king size bed). Views over Strangford Lough. Bedroom 2 has 1 double bed.

Beds are made and towels are provided.

You will also receive a Welcome Pack of essentials to get you started. Some emergency toiletries are provided free of charge.

Parking onsite (1 car) but plenty of additional parking nearby if needed.

Unfortunately, The Quay development only allows owners' dogs so pets are not allowed. The apartment is not suitable for children under 7 years due to Juliette balcony (I couldn't sleep if wee ones were in the flat for fear they would fall!).

I only live a 20 min drive away and am available to help with any issues if they arise.

Guest Access: You have use of the entire apartment. Other things to note We are on the second floor and there is no lift. No animals allowed (policy of The Quays development). Apartment is not suitable for children under 7 years - safety concerns re juliette balcony.
