Stunning four bedroom, three bathroom house, in the village of Maghera with fantastic views of the Mournes and Slieve Donard and a short walk from the Maghera Inn.

The house is in a quiet rural village and has four bedrooms and three bathrooms that can sleep up to eight people. It is only five minutes drive from Newcastle, Dundrum and Castlewellan.

The property has extensive facilities with an open fire and separate snug room. 

Ideal for walking, trekking in the mountains and for seaside breaks, the property gives easy access to family attractions, beachfront and restaurants and bars in Newcastle.

The property is also an ideal base to visit Game of Thrones locations and local country parks such a Tollymore and Castlewellan.

Leisure and sporting activities are easy to access and the Royal County Down Golf Club and St Patricks and Mourne trails are nearby. Other outdoors activities are available in the Mourne Mountain Centre and along the coast. 

Dundrum is also only five minutes away with access to the Dundrum Castle, the National Trust nature reserve and seaford pubs and restaurants.

The house is ideally situated between Beflast and Dublin and wider options to travel around Ireland are within easy reach.
