About

Join us for a fun and relaxed introduction to foraging. Participants will be guided by Dermot Hughes from Forage Ireland, where you will be introduced to the fruits of the forest!

You will be shown how to identify various edible species and given tips on how to forage sustainably and safely, as well as sampling a taster or two.

This event is suitable for all ages but a responsible adult must accompany children.

Provided FREE through the Re-rooting our past in our future project that is made possible with The National Lottery Heritage Fund and Newry, Mourne and Down District Council.
