Discover the health benefits of Sound Baths

Your practitioner will be Jasmine Monaco from We Are Slow Wellness. Jasmine will create a meditative and therapeutic experience that will leave you relaxed and ready for the week ahead.

This workshop takes place in the old Bothy house in the grounds of the Annesley Walled Garden within Castlewellan Forest Park.

Provided FREE through the Re-rooting our past in our future project that is made possible with The National Lottery Heritage Fund and Newry,
Mourne and Down District Council.
