STEM Coding Week - 8 -12 years
With an emphasis on hands on activity and experiential, problem-based learning in STEM subjects, Sentinus is inspiring the next generation of scientists, engineers, innovators, digital developers, and entrepreneurs. These activities, a number of which have a digital creative focus, give young people practical experience of coding and programming and are aimed to open up new possibilities for them by developing digital skills. During the week long Digital skills camp activities will include, software development, robotics, the BBC micro:bit, machine learning, lego education, and cyber security. Participants will have access to laptops, tablets and a whole host of Digital hardware products to allow the development of numerous Digital projects throughout the week'. Teamwork, innovation and enjoyment will be the focus for the week, encouraging all participants to continue to develop their projects and skills in the future.
