About

Newly built cottage in Co.down, located on the main newry road between Kilkeel and Rostrevor overlooking carlingford lough. This luxurious accommodation can sleep a group of up to 12 people and 1 baby comfortably, having 5 bedrooms and 1 fully equipped nursery.
Cottage has been designed with full disabled access throughout the ground floor.

Downstairs comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 with kingsize bed, television and sofa and 1 double bedroom, bathroom with shower and bath, open plan kitchen and living room,sunroom and utility room complete with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities.

Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and a fully equipped nursery with cot,baby bath, monitors, steriliser and stair gates. Bedroom 1 has 2 double beds, bedroom 2 has 1 double bed and bedroom 3 has 2 single beds, a bathroom with shower.

We also have books for adults and children to enjoy and cupboard with toys suitable for all ages.

Outside we have sandpit, football nets, jungle jim and hotttub. A gas outback BBQ is also on site and available for your use. There are adult and children's picnic tables and lounge seating for all those summer evenings.
There is also ample car parking on site.
The lane is 1.mile long and takes you onto the mountain where there are spectacular views over Carlingford.

Perfect for the golfers, hikers, fishermen, people with reduced ability and families. Whether you have visited the Co.Down coast before or this is your first time you won't be disappointed as there is lots to do for all ages.
