Children also have access to the swings and slide in the communal garden. There is 8 acres of ancient woodland and private meadow which guests have access to during their stay. The Kilkeel River is the a perfect habitat for many native birds and plants, Wee Home provides the perfect setting to relax and enjoy nature.

Hill walkers can enjoy the spectular Mountains of Mourne, forest parks, mountain biking, championship golf courses, Game of Thrones® filming locations, great restaurants and coffee shops are all nearby. We are within a 10 minute drive to the Carlingford Ferry guests have the opportunity to explore and visit the Cooley Pennisula and Ireland Ancient's East. A car is advisable. Translink do provide a regular service - Kilkeel to and from Belfast, Newcastle and Newry.
