Situated on the edge of Carlingford Lough, with direct access onto the shore, With forested mountains on one side and the lough on the other, there is no shortage of beautiful views as the house is set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Waring Bank is a modern new-build home with 3 en-suite guest rooms (double/twin, double and family), and a lounge and dining room which overlook the lough (all on the ground floor).
A decking area allows for al-fresco dining (should you wish) and the gardens and patio area provide space for relaxing and for barbecues. Secure parking.
