Derrymore Forest-bathing Immersion

Derrymore House, Camlough Road, Bessbrook, County Armagh, BT35 7EF
Forest bathing

About

Derrymore forest is a sensory haven to deepen your connection with nature. 15% of your ticket sale will support the conservation of this special National Trust site. We will celebrate the end of the harvest and the Celtic festival of Samhain, where Autumn gives us permission to slow down, rest and reflect.

Forest Bathing is an evidence-based wellness practice which originated in Japan in the 1980's as a stress prevention intervention. Your forest experience will include a tea ceremony with organic wild apple & cinnamon with short bread from a local traditional bakery.
