As part of Iúr Cinn Fleadh, the annual traditional Irish music and community festival in Newry, Newry and Mourne Museum is thrilled to host a series of captivating events over the Bank Holiday weekend. Saturday, August 23rd | 1:30 PM - 3:30 PM Trad Trail Session: 'The McCartin Family and Farney Friends' kick off the weekend with a lively session of traditional Irish music that's sure to get your feet tapping. Monday, August 25th | 1:30 PM - 2:30 PM 'The Plight of the Bumblebee' with Brenda Castles. Join Meath musician Brenda Castles for a special presentation of her short film and traditionally inspired soundtrack, highlighting the plight of the bee population.
