Festive Red Kite Winter roost watch. A guided birdwatching tour around the stunning landscape between the foothills of the Mourne mountains and the Dromara Hills. Watch these majestic birds of prey as they gather together, wheeling and gliding as the sun sets over Slieve Gullion. Hear all about this iconic raptor, it's ecology, the history of the Red Kite in the UK and Ireland and how it's come back from near extinction through a series of re-introduction projects. Guests will be taken to different stunning locations to view the Red Kites and treated to some hot warming drinks with freshly baked homemade cakes.
