About
Newry and Mourne Museum is delighted to host tours of the Museum on 9 September, but with a difference. This year we have teamed up with Paul Cunningham, multi award winning chef and passionate food forager from the small, rural village of Dundrum in County Down.
The tours of Bagenal's Castle and the galleries will finish off in the Banqueting Room where our guests can then sample a five-course tasting menu devised by Paul, inspired by 16 century ingredients, which include venison, salmon and pork belly.
