Candlelit Breathwork

About

Exclusive Deep Forest Escape A Candlelit Breathwork & Forest Bathing Experience with Miriam @Native-Breath in Kilbroney Park, Rostrevor.

As the sun dips low and the forest begins to whisper, join us for an evening of deep stillness, soulful connection, and gentle renewal.

Nestled beneath the canopy of trees and bathed in the golden hues of twilight in Kilbroney Park, this experience invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and return to yourself. We begin with forest bathing—mindful walking and sensory immersion guided by the rhythm of nature—allowing the forest to soothe and ground us.

As dusk falls, the soft flicker of candlelight will lead us into a relaxing breath-work journey—a gentle, mindful and deeply therapeutic experience: a wind-down from the busy-ness and stress of life, into a deep connection with peace; earth and sisterhood.

This is a sacred space in nature to be held and to let go.

A time to honor your breath, your body, and the wild wisdom that lives within.

Come as you are. Leave feeling deeply rooted and ready for the best sleep you've had in years.
