About

A unique opportunity to hear one of the world's foremost experts on CS Lewis's Christian writing, in the landscape that inspired Narnia. Recently retired Professor Emeritus of Wheaton College in the US, Dr Jerry Root taught CS Lewis courses for over 40 years at the university where the CS Lewis archive is held and has lectured on Lewis at 78 universities in 18 countries. He has also published several bestselling books on Lewis, including the 'CS Lewis Bible', co-authored with Lewis's stepson, Douglas Gresham.

Enjoy a buffet lunch, lecture and Q and A session with Dr Root, followed by a guided tour to the Cloughmor Stone (optional), the view from which is said to have inspired Narnia. Tickets £10.83 from Eventbrite or £10 from the Rostrevor Inn (028 417 39911), 33-35 Bridge Street, Rostrevor.
