About

Gently slow down and breathe with the trees during this special forest bathing immersion. The Celtic festival of Lunasa marks the beginning of the harvest. Forest Therapy Practitioner, Ann will support you to connect to the present moment and experience the magic of Slieve Gullion forest.

Forest Bathing is an evidence-based wellness practice which originated in Japan as a stress prevention intervention. Some other benefits include: boosting mood, energy, sleep and creativity. We will celebrate with a tea ceremony of wild apple & cinnamon cordial, shortbread from a local bakery.
