Solstice literally means 'light standing still'. This special forest bathing immersion marks the Celtic festival of midsummer and the longest day of the year. Sacred, Slieve Gullion forest is a perfect haven to deepen your spiritual connection with nature. We will create a special nature mandela to guide us during a healing white light meditation; and celebrate with a tea ceremony of wild elderflower cordial, shortbread from a local bakery and Irish Strawberries. Forest Bathing is an evidence-based wellness practice which originated in Japan as a stress prevention intervention. Some other benefits include: boosting mood, energy, sleep and creativity.
