Tapas Cookery Demonstration Experience

For the home cook to learn how to cook a light lunch using Estate longhorn beef, seasonal garden vegetables and herbs, complimented with the best of Northern Irish produce.

Creating the best of local wholesome dishes with produce from our working farm and local suppliers. Demonstrative classes are provided by our Executive Chef using simple techniques that can be used in the home. Sit back, relax, taste, and enjoy our Tapas Cooking Demonstration Experience in our Walled Garden Studio whilst enjoying some paired fine wines.

The Cooking Demonstration Experience is available to residential and non-residential guests, subject to the advised minimum (2) and maximum numbers (12) or the equivalent minimum fee of £300 being received

The Cooking Demonstration Experience must be booked 72 hours in advance and is subject to availability at the time of enquiry

Full prepayment is required at the time of booking and the cost is £50 per person

Cancellation is 72 hours before the Cooking Demonstration Experience start time
