About

Our winter wellness forest immersion will celebrate the festival of Imbolc on 1 February, the beginning of the Celtic spring.  This is halfway between the winter solstice and spring equinox.  Ann from Xhale will support you through guided meditation and creative invitations to deepen your connection with nature. Forest Bathing is an evidence-based, wellness practice which originated in Japan in the 1980’s as a stress prevention intervention. 2 hours in the forest boosts immunity for up to 10 days. Your forest experience will end with a tea ceremony including organic winter berry cordial and shortbread from a local bakery.

Notes for Visitors

Please wear warm, comfortable clothing and a few extra layers as we will be standing and sitting still in the forest, waterproofs, walking boots/shoes. Let us know of any health conditions, allergies or mobility issues and we will try our best to support you.

Ann will be in touch via email with further details when you book.
