Slieve Binnian is a circular route that traverses the mountain, taking in exquisite sites including an abandoned quarrying village, and a viewpoint over the glassy Ben Crom Reservoir, Slieve Binnian is the third highest Mourne Mountain, sitting 747 metres, the natural beauty and tranquility of these areas help alleviate stress, anxiety, and depression, fostering good mental health and emotional balance.
